the landlady, yvonne, IS lovely. nothing was too much trouble for her. i had everything i needed in my en suite room. the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent.

The kettle was too high on a shelf. The power socket wasn't close, so an extension lead was used.

My room was clean, and it had enough space for me to get ready and relax. Breakfast had a good taste. The location was convenient for the beach, the tower, and the coach station (everything was close).

The position of the kettle in my room was concerning. It was high on a shelf, and the power socket was not close, so an extension lead was necessary. I found only two tea bags in the room. I had to sit on the toilet sideways due to its proximity to the sink. I kept banging my arm.
