wonderful stay!

I was happy to see the warm welcome from the hosts. the location was great. It was very near to the rides and the seafront. the free pool table gave us extra fun. the breakfast was very tasty, my boys really liked it!
the room's decor seemed a little dated.

the breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day with tasty options. the owners even allowed dogs during breakfast. the breakfast included quality bacon, that wasn't floating in grease. it was a positive experience to eat there.

The rooms included what i needed for a pleasant stay. the beds felt really comfy after a long day. the rooms were clean and well presented. This. i also enjoyed the thoughtful little touches.

the location worked well for visiting local attractions. it was very close to the pleasure beach and the sandcastle. south pier and a wetherspoons are also nearby. i found it easy to explore the area.

a basic place to stay

the owners were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good and they explained everything clearly.
the room needed a total overhaul and new decor. the walls had poorly fitted lining paper with many bulges in it. the double glazed unit was full of water , i could see it sloshing around between the glass when i moved the window.

the room felt a bit like stepping back in time maybe to the 70s. the decor looked rather tired and some updating wouldn't hurt. also the bathroom size was quite small squeezing in was a bit of a challenge each time i used it

Geoff and Pearl are nice. They go above and beyond. They welcome pets. Parking is free, a big plus. It is close to the Pleasure Beach and South Pier.
The room was a little dated.

the hosts were lovely. they were cute with our two dogs. they helped us with luggage and could not do enough to. the reserved parking for two cars was a bonus.
the bathroom door didn't shut well.

a real gem of a stay!

my time was beautiful, lovely i must say. the friendly owners helped with parking, it reminded me of such a caring touch. the kids enjoyed the pool table, that kept them happily occupied. breakfast had options for everyone, even i found something!
