fantastic stay near the south pier
warm welcomecomfy bedgood quality foodunlimited tea
i received a very warm welcome upon arrival. the bed was comfy and i had ample towels. the shower pressure was great and hot water was plentiful. breakfast featured freshly cooked food of good quality with unlimited tea and toast.
the wall covering had minor blemishes.

the location was central, quite close to the south pier.
the room reeked of dampness and i suspect a bit of mold (hard to tell in such conditions). the bedding felt mismatched, and honestly, i've seen cleaner public restrooms. it gave the impression that thorough cleaning was not a high priority.

poor cleanlinessmoldy shower
My room had a bad smell, likely from dampness. The cleanliness was not good. I noticed hairs on the bedsheets and what looked like stains. The bathroom had mold in the shower area. I expect better for the price I paid.
