Fantastic Stay Close to Everything!

Our room was super clean and modern. It was a Queen Room with two queen beds, and thankfully there was no resort fee! The pool was great (especially after a long day!), with a zero-entry access which is fantastic. The location is super convenient. It is close to Universal and the international outlet mall is a quick walk.
The bathroom was a bit small for my liking, but it wasn't a major issue at all.

The pool includes a large deck with about 20 sun loungers and several shaded tables. The gym has three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a set of free weights, providing many options. A cafe on-site offers quick meals and coffee.

my room had good hot water and a fridge, a real plus. the air conditioning worked well, that was important. the beds were comfortable, i slept soundly each night. the pool area was well-kept with plenty of towels available (which is always great).
I noticed that the walls seemed a bit thin. I occasionally heard noises from neighboring rooms.

the room was clean and surprisingly spacious. the bathrooms looked updated and well-kept. the staff readily provided extra blankets and pillows when we requested them. housekeeping came twice to clean our room and refreshed our towels every day. i plan to return in two years and stay here again.

the location was indeed convenient. it was close to the attractions (walking distance to universal was safe and easy). the front desk staff was also helpful with our upgrade.
my room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. i noticed dirt on the floor upon arrival (it wasn't a huge deal, though). the walls felt thin, and i could hear noises from outside, a bit disruptive (especially at night).

i found the location very convenient, especially with the shuttle bus to universal. it saved on parking fees. the parking was free. the hotel did provide a clean bed and good road access, great for traveling around the area. we found our stay quite satisfactory.
the microwave situation proved inconvenient. only one microwave exists for the entire hotel. i also found the lack of complimentary coffee a bit disappointing, especially needing to buy it at the cafe.

Margarita helped with a fast and easy check-in process. She greeted us with a smile. the check-in process was completed in less than ten minutes, which i really liked, and this helped to start our vacation on the right foot.

our room provided a clean and soft bed. the hotel ensured basic amenities were available. the room's proximity to the walkway corridor gave privacy. the temperature in the room was always pleasant, even when it was hot outside.

The café offered good food options. We enjoyed stopping by several times during our trip. the indo-chinese fried rice stood out as particularly tasty. the food prices were reasonable, and we found several meals to be satisfying.
