Our stay at this hotel was quite mixed. On the plus side, the cleanliness of the hotel and the warmth of the staff really stood out. Unfortunately, the outdated room decor and some safety concerns with the door left us feeling uneasy. The location was great for exploring Universal, but navigating in and out was a bit tricky. Overall, it was decent for the price but definitely not without its flaws.

The room was quite dark and outdated, with a door that looked like it had been kicked in and smelled faintly of stale cigarette smoke. We didn't feel very safe with the condition of the door.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, but we did have to wait longer than expected for the shuttle service.

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Universal Studios, but the access was a little tricky with a concrete median forcing some U-turns.
