convenient stay near the pier
helpful staff convenient shuttle extended parking cruise convenience
i stayed near the pier. the front desk staff was professional and helpful. we used the shuttle to the port and the extended parking. it was very convenient (especially for a cruise).
the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

the staff provided great support and kindness i felt very welcome the room included a stove a microwave and a full-size refrigerator the location is close to the pier and several restaurants are just around the corner i found great value for the price and will certainly consider returning
i noticed some very small bugs in the restroom area but it was not too severe

dirty floor long waiting
i have to say, i wasn't thrilled with the state of the floors. they looked clean at first glance, but my socks quickly turned black after walking around for a bit. and don't even get me started on the shuttle to the port. they told us to be ready at 11 am, then we were stuck waiting for two hours. apparently, since most people were heading to carnival and only two of us were going on ncl, we were last priority. what a joke!

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

I stayed one night. Alec was very helpful at check-in, suggesting a good restaurant. Melinda in the breakfast area kept everything clean and well-stocked with food. I appreciated her good humor! Miss Kate, who I believe is the manager, was also polite and very helpful. The room was nice and neat, much appreciated. I also liked the convenient location near the beach and some local restaurants.
The pool area sometimes had a sewer smell. staff often carried boxes through the pool area.

The front desk staff were helpful . i arrived late, but the lady who checked me in was very nice. i also appreciated the man who was there in the morning. He offered great assistance.
the showerhead barely released any water. it made showering a bit of a struggle and could use an update.

The location was very close to the beach and pier. It was just a short walk. the pool area was very clean, and lounge chairs sat in the shade.
I did not find that the water was hot. the room itself needs significant updates. It was not cool enough for my liking.
