This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from Universal Studios, which is a big plus for park visitors. The room we had was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, as our room wasn't cleaned during our stay and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. Overall, if you're looking for a place primarily for park access, it might do the job, but don't expect top-notch service.
