The fast elevators were very convenient . the room was quiet. I didn't hear much street noise. the location suited my needs well. Many attractions are nearby.
the bathroom felt somewhat small, and counter space was limited. i wished for more room to organize my toiletries. this was a small issue only.

The room felt smaller than expected. It was QUITE cramped with two people and luggage. the noise from the street was noticeable even on a higher floor. I found it difficult to sleep without earplugs. The constant city sounds really disrupted my rest.

The elevator situation IS atrocious. i waited an eternity EVERY time. my room did not have enough towels either. i asked for extras, but it seemed like a huge ordeal. frankly, it shouldn't be THIS difficult to get a few more towels.

The room size suited my needs. The bed was comfortable, it helped a lot after a long day walking. I appreciated the access to a washing machine and dryer. It kept my luggage light. The updated appearance of the place was nice, it felt very modern.
