stylish stay close to everything!
subway lines great air conditioning fantastic staff warm customer service
the hotel is well-located near several subway lines and various restaurants. the rooms feature good air conditioning and cleanliness was clearly a priority. i found the staff at the front desk, bar, and housekeeping to be fantastic! the customer service was warm and cute.
The elevators were quite dark. It was difficult to see the floor buttons at times.

the staff offered warm welcomes and were always available to resolve any issue. they were especially helpful assisting with a cancelled flight, and this. the team seemed well-trained, so i felt at ease.

the room featured a comfy bed that had awesome sheets! the room included a nice balcony, so i could enjoy some fresh air whenever i wanted. the room also had strong wifi, so i had no issues staying connected.

The location was amazing! it was centrally located with many restaurants around! there was also a parking garage nearby. This added a great convenience. subway lines were close by, so i could get around easily.

Underwhelming Stay
The location was acceptable because it was near attractions.
My room had a problem with the lighting. It was too dark and difficult to see properly at night. Trying to do makeup in the dim bathroom was hard, and the lack of brightness affected the room's atmosphere. This poor lighting.

daily coffee attentive staff excellent bar safe location
The hotel provides coffee and tea all day. A very nice touch! the staff was kind and attentive, i appreciated their help. the rooftop bar and downstairs tapas restaurant were both excellent. i felt safe walking around the area at all hours.
the lighting in the room was quite dim! it made doing makeup a bit difficult.
