the beds are very comfortable. i loved the location, super quiet and safe area. super close to the subway, it was convenient.
the bathroom doesn't even have towel hooks. there is no place to put things and a makeup bag with supplies. the deposit is 100 dollars per night!

I felt thankful for the excellent service. Staff excelled at proactive communication. I requested extra towels and tissues. The front desk staff called back to confirm my request. It took only minutes for the service to be rendered. The staff were resourceful. They helped me extend my stay. They also gave me nearby place recommendations. I appreciated them informing me of amenities and following up on my trip.
I had a room faced directly into another building. The building had floor-to-ceiling windows. People could clearly see into my room, so I was like I could also see into theirs.

The bathroom lacked storage space. I found it a little inconvenient to keep my toiletries organized

The location was quite central, close to several subway lines. I found it very easy to get around. the room was modern and clean. the staff were always helpful. The front desk team were particularly efficient. i spent some time on the patio in the lounge area after touring, really fun.
The room i had was a bit on the smaller side. I would probably choose a bigger room next time.
