Rooms with Hammocks and Views
All guest rooms include air conditioning, a wardrobe, safety deposit box, TV, terrace, and private bathroom with shower. Each room has a minibar and some feature balconies with pool views. Standard rooms have two Queen beds and a hammock. Note: There is no WiFi in guest rooms.
Two Restaurants and Snack Bar
The hotel offers two restaurants, a snack bar, and a bar. A buffet breakfast is served daily with fresh fruit, omelettes, and lattes. Lunch and dinner buffets are available; variety is moderate. Special diet menus can be arranged. Room service is also provided.
Pool, Beach, and Activities
An outdoor swimming pool with views, hot tub, fitness center, and kids' club are on site. The private beach area has a dock and comfortable chairs. Water sports include diving and snorkeling. Themed dinner nights and karaoke are occasionally held.
Near Airport and Town
Cozumel International Airport is 3 km away and Caletita Beach is 1.4 km from the hotel. Central San Miguel is a 20-30 minute walk. Faro Celarain is 32 km away. An underground tunnel connects rooms to the dining area and beach, avoiding the main road. Free private parking is available.
Pet-Friendly with 24/7 Front Desk
The 24-hour front desk offers concierge, currency exchange, tour desk, and lockers. A business center and meeting/banquet facilities are available. Child services include babysitting and board games. Pets are welcome (pet baskets and bowls provided). Room service and safety deposit boxes are provided. WiFi is only available in public areas.
