Rooms and Amenities
Each suite is air-conditioned and includes free WiFi, a wardrobe, ironing facilities, and a spacious bathroom with free toiletries. A daily coffee basket and a stocked minibar are provided. Rooms open onto a balcony overlooking the jungle. There is no TV. Rooms are set in four-unit bungalows spread through the jungle.
Dining Options
Lol K'an restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner poolside. Guests also have access to the Fiesta Americana's restaurants: a buffet, Asian, Italian, Mexican, a sushi bar, a cevicheria, and a grill. Special diet menus are available. A coffee house on site offers specialty coffee and ice cream.
Activities and Excursions
Daily guided excursions are included: snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding, buggy tours, bike rides to cenotes, and boat trips to El Cielo. The onsite spa Na' Ha' offers massages, facials, body treatments, a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a bar, a fitness center, bicycle rental, and evening entertainment including live music and shows. Guests can also use the pools and beach club at the adjacent Fiesta Americana.
Location and Transport
The hotel is 8 km from Cozumel International Airport and San Miguel. Playa Corona beach is a 5-minute drive away. Chankanaab Natural Park is a 15-minute drive, offering dolphin swimming and nature tours. An airport shuttle is available for an extra fee. Taxis to downtown are easily arranged.
