mixed feelings about this stay

the rooms had a lovely design and were generally comfortable , which i appreciated after long days.
I was frustrated by a recurring issue with the television . It wouldn't connect to the streaming device provided , and despite assistance from the engineering and it teams , the problem persisted , leaving me without entertainment in the evenings.
