I stayed in a fairmont room lake view, and the views were amazing, a real dream. the restaurants were fabulous. I especially enjoyed the food at walliser stube and louiza. the staff were so attentive and made everything easier.
I found some stains on the duvet. it, if i am honest. also, the walkways outside were full of ice. It felt a little unsafe, and i even saw a few people fall.

The guest shuttle to moraine lake was comfortable and easy to use. i enjoyed the mixology class at the bar. It was very informative! the food was delicious and accommodated my gluten-free diet in the dining areas.

excellent stay in the heart of it all
superb facilitiesreally good staffnice experienceamazing location
i find the superb facilities here. the staff felt really good to me and they create a nice experience. everything seemed faultless. the location prove amazing. i like that there are restaurants on site. it's nice because i don't need to travel far for a nice dinner.
i noticed a bit of concrete cracking around the hotel, it is a very slight negative fact.

the hotel provided unmatched views of the serene location. restaurants were exclusive to hotel guests. this made reservations unbelievably easy! the concierge staff was helpful.
i found walkways covered in ice. i witnessed people falling, concerning. this needs addressing.
