The room had a Nespresso machine and useful toiletries. I found the room service prompt. The staff was cute and professional. I appreciated the hotel's reflection in the high rises nearby.
The gym's signage about quiet hours was not prominent.

I appreciated access to changing rooms after checking out, before heading to the airport. The gym was available for workouts. I appreciated the convenience of a well-kept hotel.

The hotel is located centrally in the heart of the city. I found multiple restaurants and cafes nearby. The location made exploring many options very convenient. I easily accessed different parts of the city.

I booked a room here and found it very spacious. the room temperature stayed comfortable. adjustments activated quickly. i ordered room service and the servers were helpful. They set up dining areas for me. wait times for food were routinely shorter than estimated!
i found the gym needed more weights. there was only one plate per size. some people want to lift more than one plate for certain exercises.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city center. It offers a wealth of shopping options, yet the waterfront is within walking distance, which makes it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

I did not notice any machines out of order, common in hotel gyms. The pool and sauna were also very clean and well kept.

The food was AMAZING!!! i had dinner one night and the server took care of me and ensured my food met my expectations. I tried the chocolate cake, and it was superb. I needed the gym the next morning after that.

Really good Stay at Premier Hotel

The hotel offers designer shops. Gucci, Dior, and Louis Vuitton were inside. I accessed the Gold Floor Lounge located on the fourteenth floor. This included personalized concierge service and beautiful breakfast and evening appetizers. The staff assisted in printing tickets and also gave wonderful suggestions on area restaurants.
The room had a heating issue that did need immediate attention.

The housekeeping staff was very cute and also great with kids. Marites, responsible for my room, was excellent. The full Gold area staff are more than perfect and help to feel home.

The staff was acceptable. They were very polite and seemed ready to assist with requests.
The room was not clean well. I found dust on several surfaces. Skirting boards and door trims specifically needed more attention. I would expect more for the price.

the hotel location was convenient. it was close to the concert venue i needed. my room was as described. the room was clean also.
the room was badly heated. they brought a mobile heater. the heater soon overloaded the fuse though. the bathroom was also cold.
