The room was perfect with comfortable queen beds. The bathroom included two sinks plus a large shower. Automated curtains and shades offered convenience, and the room temperature was easy to manage.
The hotel did not provide travel adaptors. I had to buy one from them for $35.

I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the room was massive with a luxurious design. i really liked the heated floors in the bathroom at the vanity. It was a nice surprise.
the dimly lit rooms did not have sufficient charging points. also, the entrance to the hotel is located at the back lane which was inconvenient.

i really liked the tech features in the room. automated blinds were there and the lighting controls added convenience. the room had a sleek design and felt modern. plus, the concierge service was quick. they responded fast and really helped with my requests, especially directions.
the minibar prices seemed high. i noticed it was a bit more than i usually see in similar hotels.

The reception staff upgraded me to a lovely room with a big balcony. Michael was very kind. The room featured heated bathroom floors and a freestanding bath. I enjoyed the breakfast very much (especially the pancakes!).
The hotel does not provide travel adaptors, I found this strange for a hotel like this.
