My room had insufficient charging points. The pillows were TOO soft.

The reception staff upgraded me to a lovely room with a big balcony. Michael was very kind. The room featured heated bathroom floors and a freestanding bath. I enjoyed the breakfast very much (especially the pancakes!).

The hotel does not provide travel adaptors, I found this strange for a hotel like this.

The breakfast was great, with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries, and the wait staff were consistently friendly and efficient. The dining area was clean and well kept. I especially enjoyed the pancake selection.

My room had automated shades and curtains, and also lights controlled by an iPad. The bathroom included a rainfall shower, separate sinks, and heated floors. The room was spacious and well-kept. I appreciated the modern design.

The hotel has close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The area around the hotel felt safe and cute. I appreciated its central position.

The hotel staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I found Melissa to be particularly helpful, giving me recommendations for food and drinks (she did a great job). The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
