the super friendly staff was acceptable, i suppose.
The coffee situation was a disaster. The mediocre coffee machine barely managed to produce anything resembling coffee at all. it was utterly rubbish! to add insult to injury, the lift system was bizarre, requiring me to pre-order a lift to any designated floor. it slowed everyone down so much.

genuine carethoughtful staffspacious roomwonderful job
the staff showed genuine care and were so thoughtful. i was touched by their willingness to help and offer suggestions. the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. housekeeping did a wonderful job each day. it felt amazing returning to such a pristine space. the big bottles of water in the fridge were very much appreciated.
the elevator system felt a bit unusual. you have to pre-order your lift to a designated floor. this slowed things down a little.

our beautiful king room was immaculate and beautifully furnished, with a spacious layout. the design incorporated luxurious bedding, ambient lighting, and modern fixtures that created a very serene atmosphere for relaxation. the room provided ample space.

the location allowed easy access to various city attractions and dining options. it's close to transit. i was able to explore the area without relying heavily on taxis or ride-sharing services. it was AMAZING!!!

the staff provided excellent service! i really liked the hydra restaurant. the digital room view during check-in was pretty cool too, it felt very modern and techy.
the hotel is located in a noisy spot, traffic sounds are audible.
