The room provided ample space and included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower worked effectively. I found the location excellent with easy access to nearby facilities (especially for shopping).

The bedding felt superb. The room was quiet, that was important. The lobby was inviting. Staff members were helpful . This.
The housekeeping wasn't up to standard for a 5 star hotel, some areas could have been cleaner.

The hotel location was ideal. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The room itself was VERY nice and clean, with comfortable beds. We were able to check in around 2pm rather than 4pm. This was a definite plus.
The check-in experience was not good. I was told I had not paid, even after showing my confirmation. I was asked for my credit card statements. My bathroom flooded into the foyer. The pipes were gurgling, but no one seemed to CARE. It reminded me of Faulty Towers.
