my room on the 30th floor gave me a great view. the cafe named abode had an excellent breakfast. the staff were always helpful when i needed something.
i noticed the window curtains did not close all the way. this left a small crack of light , made it difficult to sleep at night.

fantastic location with great amenities

i loved the central location near shops and eateries. it was a short walk to stanley park. after flying from the east coast, the beds were comfortable. we took an uber to the cruise terminal because it was a 20-minute walk over cobblestone sidewalks.
the gym was poorly equipped. the in-room air conditioning unit was noisy. it kept cutting in and out during the night and waking us up. the unit would have been very stuffy and hot without it.

the hotel offers a water dispenser in the lobby. there is also a restaurant on-site serving breakfast. i saw a gym although it had limited equipment. the hotel has a parking area available .

our room had bright windows and a balcony for fresh air. it included a coffee machine and kettle for drinks. there was a mini fridge in the dresser. the room came equipped with nespresso coffee and a nice selection of tea.

the staff was friendly and helpful . check-in and check-out processes were easy and efficient. the front desk provided information on local attractions. they gave directions on a map.

easy accessstreet noisestaff disorganization
the location was acceptable, and shops was easily accessible.
the room i occupied on the tenth floor had street noise problems, it was quite disturbing. i also noted some disorganization among the staff when i retrieved my luggage from the storage room and it took some time to locate my bags. this lack of efficiency is not what i expect.
