the staff was helpful when my flight was canceled because of snow. i found the process took around ten minutes. the manager also greeted me warmly upon arrival. the staff checked me in early at 10 am, instead of 4 pm. this was very thoughtful.
i noticed there were limited power outlets near the bed, a little inconvenient.

the hotel is centrally located. it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. a convenient iga store is only one block away. it sells everything except alcohol.

The hotel staff are always cute, i saw. they do their best to accommodate requests. check-in is efficient. I found the staff helpful. billy in the club lounge stood out with his cute personality. he offered really good service.

the breakfast buffet is extensive, i felt. it has a vast selection of quality items. one can also order from the breakfast menu, too. the bar had a fun atmosphere, where shane made the drinks.

the rooms offer plenty of space and have good bathroom sizing. each bathroom has a bath and shower, i saw. the rooms had super comfy beds, too. tv, fridge, and a coffee machine are included.

The location is great for exploring the city. The hotel offers convenient parking. I found this useful. The elevator to the upper floors was notably fast, something I appreciated. I also thought the hotel was very clean overall.
The pillows in the room lacked adequate support, my neck was not happy about it!

The hotel is centrally located. It is also near Robson Street and Granville Island, areas that are great for walking. The area felt safe. Even when I was walking late at night.
