Excellent Stay with Harbour Views
great location amazing view shower pressure
The location provided easy access to the Convention Centre. The room offered a beautiful view (especially at sunset). The shower pressure was indeed amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I found the hallways showed wear and tear. The doors and moldings could use some refinishing.

The meeting rooms were very clean during our conference. refreshments were always on hand. They were fresh. dinners were pleasant in p2b. The staff there was pleasant too. the view from my room was excellent. it was also spacious and tidy. the keurig in my room was quiet but quick! the amount of coffee was sufficient. I had 2 cups in the morning
The pool water had chlorine. It was murky. the pool floor felt squishy. it made my daughter's teeth chatter. the phone in our room had buttons but they rang busy. the hotel has no room service. That was disappointing.

convenient location king bed outdoor patio old room water damage peeling door
the location was convenient. it had king beds only. my kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. there was a great outdoor patio area to chill in. it wasn't the guest room.
the experience was mediocre at best. they put me into a room that was clearly old. it was worn down. the bathroom door was peeling and had clear signs of water damage.

perfect location harbourfront views delicious food
this hotel is awesome. the location made getting around easy and the harbourfront views popped. my bed was like a cloud, and the super nice team. i chowed down in the restaurant twice and the food was so delicious.
okay, so, the building does look a bit old and the decor feels dated. the staff took a while to bring my bags up and i called five times. they always gave the same story

The staff were so attentive and quick. They always answered my requests with a smile. i felt that i was cared for. the concierge provided great recommendations for local eats and tours. i seemed like i was in good hands.

the rooms feel modern and well kept. i saw that my harbourview king included a mini fridge and a safe for my valuables. the rainfall shower was amazing and the bed linens were really high quality. i slept great.

acceptable location, but rooms need work
unpleasant odor murky water
the location is quite good, almost right on the waterfront.
The rooms are just dated. Bathrooms also seem a bit grubby because of old decor. The swimming pool I found pretty poor. It had an unpleasant odor and murky water..

Lovely Harbour Stay
ideal location harbour view warm welcome
The hotel location was quite wonderful for exploring the area. I appreciated the harbour view from our room. The staff offered a warm welcome from arrival to departure, a true sign of dedication to excellent service.
The parking fees were too high. I found the cost for 24 hours of parking excessive. It added an unexpected expense to my overall travel budget, made me a bit disappointed.

totally awesome stay!
friendly staff excellent dinner soft towel
the valet rocked took my bags quick at the door. the front desk staff were super friendly. dinner at p2b was really excellent. soft towels at the clean, well lit pool and spa!
Underground parking need more sign. It was tough to find the right spot!
