The location was amazing. it was very close to the gondola. the staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions. our beautiful king room offered a great view of the valley. it WAS very quiet and clean.
The food was mediocre. It lacked really good flavors. the pool area seemed crowded, with MANY children. I found it hard to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. I really needed A relaxing weekend.

The gold room experience was amazing, and the room felt luxurious. i really enjoyed leah's morning yoga session. She was super engaging. i also dined at radiante, their newest mexican restaurant, and found the flavours amazing. the garden patio provided a perfect setting.
i noticed a slight issue with the lighting in the room , where all the lights needed independent operation.

i found the food excellent in the restaurants and the bar , with great service. the breakfast and room service staff were super friendly , providing quick and helpful assistance , and the waiters were always smiling.

the location allows easy access to the blackcomb gondola , perfect for skiers. complimentary private cars and shuttle buses made exploring simple , removing transportation concerns. i walked around lost lake , close to the hotel.

Acceptable Stay, but Issues Existed

The pool was nice and clean, a plus.
I encountered issues with the marketing photos. The photos for the 2 bedroom junior suite showed features that were not actually in the room such as a two-basin washstand. The suite was marketed for six guests, but the storage was not adequate.

The check-in process lacked attention. the staff did not offer assistance with luggage. also, they did not properly explain hotel amenities. i also felt the rental equipment i received caused me discomfort. It was not suited for my needs. i experienced pain during my ski lessons as a result.
