The hotel is a large complex with a buzzing atmosphere, especially around the pools and restaurants, which I enjoyed. However, I faced some major inconveniences, such as struggling to find lounge chairs by the pool and dealing with long waits for dining and housekeeping. While the food at the restaurants was exceptional, the experience was marred by the overall disorganization and high prices for services not always expected at this level.
