super stay in brickell!
perfect locationamazing staffinconsistent lighting
the location was perfect for exploring brickell. the hotel sits right above brickell city centre (making shopping easy), and many restaurants are within walking distance. the staff at quinto provided excellent service, especially gabriela and jessie during breakfast. luis at the front desk and the valet parking team were also amazing.
i found the lighting in the rooms to be inconsistent. the lights kept turning off after a short time, sometimes less than a minute, so i had to shower in the dark. i hope they fix this soon.

The hotel connects directly to shops and boasts a gym. I found the gym great. the pool area provides ample space for relaxation with many loungers available. the restaurants and bars offer enjoyable experiences too.

the hotel's location allowed convenient access to brickell city centre. it's very walkable so restaurants are easily reached on foot (a bonus for dinner). the surrounding area offers nice walks, perfect for a stroll anytime.

the staff across the hotel demonstrated excellent customer service. the front desk was always ready to assist, and the valet team was both friendly and efficient. i especially appreciated the attentiveness at quinto.
