the location is fantastic, placing me within easy reach of both the river walk and the brickell area. the rooms are spacious and clean. i also found the gym and pool area to be well equipped and maintained.
i found the front desk to be consistently unavailable when i tried to call. the lobby was busy making it difficult to navigate. the valet service was also very slow even though the daily cost was high

the rooms were spacious, with self-service amenities. the coffee was great. the staff were awesome, especially by the pool. i also liked ordering room service online.
they never cleaned my room. at all.

the location was perfect. a lot of fun stuff was within walking distance or a short ride away. this made it very convenient to explore the area, i really enjoyed this aspect.

The meals were yummy. the portions were generous, which i appreciated. the cocktails were also nice. They tasted really good. the lobby restaurant was fantastic too, so nice to have it at hand.

the gym and swimming pool are superb. there is a nice view of the ocean from the pool area. the pool area also had some nice features, like comfortable loungers and shaded areas.

the staff was very helpful and prompt from the doorman to the front desk. the housekeeping staff were also great! the team made sure every need was taken care of swiftly.
