attentive staff best experience perfect weather overrun pool limited chair no room
I had a fabulous beach day. Dayne, Lucas B., and Eswind were very attentive. They wanted to. The weather and water were perfect, and their care made my day even better!!!
The pool was overrun by kids. They were everywhere, so it was impossible to relax around it. There was a limited amount of chairs at the pool. The chairs were packed in like sardines, and there was no room between guests.

friendly service fish tacos
The food was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the fish tacos. The service was top tier from the time we arrived, and I got a friendly welcome.
The music was not upbeat enough.

attentive service clean beach helpful staff
Johan was so helpful! he was super attentive and gave us all the information i needed for a wonderful vacation. he asked questions to be sure i was comfortable. the beach was very clean. The staff really take good care of it.
i paid nearly $400 per night and expected more luxury. the complimentary water wasn't replenished after the first day, but i think it should be for the price.

helpful person clean beach shower water handicap room
I totally loved how helpful johan was! he was super attentive and gave us all the info we needed to have a fantastic vacation. he asked questions to make sure we were comfortable. A very nice person! the beach was also very clean and well taken care of.
our handicap room had some issues i did not like the shower water went all over our bathroom! they just told us to put towels on the floor. it was not nice when i got dressed for dinner and my sock got wet every time i walked in the bathroom.

Acceptable but Not Exceeding Expectations
unclean bathroom inadequate door
Oliver was nice and helped with our chairs and umbrella.
The room cleanliness was a problem as hair lay all over the bathroom upon arrival. A door was supposed to divide two rooms but consisted only of slats so there was no privacy or darkness when the kids went to bed, a design flaw.
