the hotel is near avenue de la republique. many local amenities are very close. my room was nice and the bed felt comfortable to sleep in. staff members happily let us stay in the reception area to play cards.
the toilet plumbing made noise in the room above mine. this woke me up most nights, sometimes multiple times. i initially thought there was a leak as i could hear water.

the hotel is on a side street, just off the avenue de la republique. the area felt fairly quiet. i was close to many local amenities. gare du nord is a quick metro ride away.

I loved the hotel decor. It is fresh. The front desk staff was always so smiley. Breakfast was also really great. It was wholesome and fresh.
The reception printed my debit card with all my information. It included CVV and EXP.. It's super creepy that I have never seen this happen. The lock in my room was also super hard to open. I was locked inside and outside of the room four times.
