I was charmed by the proximity to a free shuttle service to the studios. This saved considerable transportation expenses. The on-site restaurant offered tasty options. It was convenient after long days. Valet parking was helpful. They quickly retrieved my vehicle each time.
The gym equipment felt a little dated. It could benefit from some upgrades.

The hotel provides a trolley service to Universal Studios every hour. The driver was friendly. He chatted with my son. The laundry room offers free detergent, a nice perk. I found a cozy fireplace near the pool area.

The room had a good layout with two chairs for sitting. All rooms have balconies. I found the balcony door difficult to open and close. The room faced south. The afternoon sun made it too sunny to sit outside.
