The onsite Starbucks offered convenient options for early morning coffee. The room was clean. I found the location convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
The hotel room felt a bit small. We had some luggage. Highway noise was noticeable from the balcony. I found the bed smaller than expected for a queen size.

My family and I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the park. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, as it ran every 15 minutes. The high floor gave us nice views. The mattress provided great comfort. USB ports on the alarm clock were very convenient for charging devices.
The bar by the pool was short-staffed , and the bartender looked inexperienced with making drinks.

The staff at the club lounge was attentive , and I found them very friendly. I enjoyed access to the clubwith a full breakfast. I also appreciated the light snacks available in the evening. The shuttle to Universal provided convenient transportation.
The pool area could use additional chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel is a short walk to Universal Studios . It took me no more than ten minutes. The proximity to various attractions and amenities made exploring the area very easy. The convenient access certainly enhanced my overall experience.

Self-parking was easy, and valet parking was available at a slightly higher price. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Access to the club lounge includes a full breakfast with pastries, fruit, and hot items, I must say.

the entrance to the hotel is on level ground. i found several parking spaces for quick check-in. the front desk staff was courteous, i noted.
some lights in the room were not working, so the room was dark. there were no slippers in the room. even still water was not available in the room.
