old carpet non-functional ice machine
The location was convenient for visiting Universal Studios. It IS close.
The room was not clean. I found hairs in the shower. The carpet seemed old. The ice machine on my floor didn't even work.

mixed bag near universal
low clearance dirty hallways
the valet parking situation really annoyed me. i drive a truck and the garage had a really low clearance so i was forced to use the valet. this added extra cost and was totally inconvenient. also, the cleanliness in the hallways was lacking. there were food bags sitting around for two days, it wasnt a good look.

convenient access
shuttle service timely transportation overall experience
i found the proximity to universal studios invaluable i appreciated the shuttle service it saved time and hassle. the hotel provided timely transportation eliminating the need to drive or find parking. this convenience greatly enhanced my overall experience visiting the park i had a great visit.
i noticed the in-room coffee machine was a bit difficult to figure out initially it took a few tries to operate.

the fitness center featured treadmills and elliptical machines i saw a good range of equipment for workouts. the outdoor pool had ample seating and umbrellas providing a relaxing space to unwind. a gift shop sold snacks and souvenirs.

the hotel restaurant offered a breakfast buffet i noticed a selection of hot and cold items. the lobby bar served cocktails and appetizers i enjoyed a drink in a relaxed setting. a coffee shop provided quick options like pastries and coffee.

housekeeping kept my room tidy and well-stocked with amenities i found them responsive to requests. the front desk staff was helpful with directions and information about local attractions. i experienced efficient and courteous service throughout my stay.

the breakfast service was a highlight.. tina was very friendly. universal studios is just steps away from the hotel. i received an upgrade to an executive level room, a nice surprise.
