I found the location to be convenient. It was close to the city center. The staff seemed friendly. The breakfast provided a good start to the day.
The restaurant seemed closed when I wanted dinner. I then discovered that the bar was serving food heated in a microwave. The food was NOT hotel quality. I also noticed the shower had low water pressure.

I appreciated the hotel's superb location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, always. A surprise bottle of Cava awaited in our room to celebrate our birthday. The room was very clean and included a mini fridge, which I found quite useful.
The bar area was VERY quiet at night, perhaps too quiet for those seeking evening socializing.

Our superior room, located on the fifth floor, provided great views of the city and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The rooms are maintained daily and are spotlessly clean, important. Simple operation of the air conditioning made the room very comfortable.

The hotel provided clean rooms of good size and they gave us a nice view of the park. And the distant sierra nevada mountains? the air conditioner worked and well, it kept us cool? i loved the convenience of the underground car park with its car lift. It cost €18 each night! the staff responded quickly to requests for extra coffee and water. in summary, the iced lemon water in reception was a lovely touch.
the bar area seemed a little quiet, especially in the evenings. that said, this fact did not detract too much from what was an otherwise, perfect trip.

The twin room was well-kept with comfortable beds and provided adequate space for our luggage. The decor was tasteful and calming. And the provided amenities such as fresh towels and toiletries contributed positively to our overall comfort.
