excellent stay near bastille
helpful staffconvenient areainsufficient storage
the staff was helpful and friendly. they provided useful directions and recommendations upon arrival. i also appreciated the unlimited use of the coffee machine. the refillable water bottle area, was very convenient.
the room lacked sufficient storage space. there were not enough clothes hooks in the closet and no drawers in the desk or nightstand.

the staff offered excellent service and were very nice. laetitia were really good too ensure comfort and safe train travel, providing complimentary honey, a kind gesture and showed great hospitality.

my room was quite clean and featured a comfortable double bed. there was a window, and i appreciated i could open it. room cleaning was notably excellent, which contributed to a very pleasant stay.

There is an outside seating area available . i liked complimentary coffee access during breakfast hours. It was a very nice touch. the security felt fine, and the hotel was very quiet at night.

the location is pretty good, far enough from touristy areas, yet close to main attractions, within a 20-minute metro ride. it's also within walking distance to la marais. the ledru-rollin metro station is close by.

the hotel provided access to coffee or tea all the time, and this was good.
my room was sold including air conditioning, but it was more a fan than air conditioning, i felt decieved. staff told me all rooms in the city are at 19 degrees. the air conditioning did not work well.
