the breakfast buffet offered a lot of options. i thought everything tasted fresh. the hotel provided free parking. it was convenient to have my car easily accessible.
the staff at reception seemed inexperienced. check-in took an excessive amount of time. my room was constantly humid. humid bed sheets made sleeping difficult.

the beach was okay. it was protected, so giant waves weren't a issue. the staff trained well and seemed friendly.
i found a overcharge on the room, it sucked. the check-in contract differed from the card charge after leaving, that annoyed me. they didn't email the receipt despite promising to do so, that was unprofessional.

location is convenient for shopping and the hotel zone. staff is always smiling, i am grateful. breakfast is awesome and included a beautiful view. i appreciate the well-kept facilities.
the gym is very basic and its not worth the additional charge. i think it need some new equipment.

The breakfast had a solid spread with an omelette bar I suppose that was acceptable.
The gym was small the equipment seemed outdated for such an expensive hotel. The room reeked of mold it had dampness. The bed felt hard as a rock it probably had not been replaced since the hotel was built.
