the staff was friendly enough, i guess. they did bring towels when asked.
The mini-bar was pathetic. it had like, three warm sodas and some water. plus, the noise levels were a joke. I heard everything from screaming kids to some dude's late-night karaoke attempts. so much for a relaxing vacation.

Getting a reservation at the restaurants was a nightmare. it was like they were actively avoiding me. the worst part was the constant noise. I could hear everything happening in the hallway all night, hard to sleep. the soundproofing was practically nonexistent!

The service at the pool and at the buffet was attentive. My room had sensational views, and it included a mini bar (it was restocked daily). Attention to detail was apparent throughout the premises and all my needs were met.
