kevin at reception offered amazing assistance. i found the ocean view very nice. the hotel location is near the airport, a convenience. the accessibility was very good, simplifying travel arrangements.
The room flooded a little during a hurricane. Cleaning occurred promptly, but it was still an inconvenience.

The staff displayed kindness and helpfulness. enrique and gerry were excellent. They provided drinks promptly. prompt attention from staff improved our satisfaction greatly. the barman was always available!?

the gym has updated equipment. there is a shop that offers excursions on site. the hotel provides a clean beach with available sunbeds. this made relaxation very easy.

The food was delicious! the dinner dress code is enforced. the asian restaurant impressed me. It was a delight. the quality of food and drink, for an all-inclusive resort, was wonderful!!

The Mediterranean restaurant was a letdown. ODDLY, you have to serve yourself salad. My main meal was only lukewarm, though I can't fault the staff. It was REALLY noisy and smelled of poor drainage. We moved, but then had issues with no water, then no hot water.
