NIZUC Resort & Spa has 274 suites and private villas on 29 acres. Residence Suites have views and private terraces, with select suites offering connecting accommodations. Golf cart service is available. Private villas are near the main lobby and are for adults or families with children older than five. These villas have infinity pools and indoor-outdoor showers. The 44 Ocean Suites are near NIZUC Beach, Reef Beach, and the main pool area. Ground-level Residence Suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto mangrove views. These suites have one king size bed and are for up to two guests. Other suites have two double beds for up to four guests and offer ocean views from terraces on the second through fifth levels. Select ground-level suites also include plunge pools and king size beds, with the option for a rollaway bed for families. Deluxe one-bedroom suites have separate living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two private terraces with plunge pools overlooking the mangrove preserve. Suites on the 5th floor feature panoramic Caribbean Sea views, plunge pools, and outdoor showers. Ocean View Deluxe Double suites connect to the Master Suite and include a king size bed, a separate living area, a dining area, an infinity pool, and ocean views from the first through fifth levels. Garden Pool Villas (225 m2) are near the beaches and main pool, with a bedroom suite in a private tropical garden with an infinity pool and waterfall. NIZUC Villas (255m2) feature a lounge pavilion connected to a bedroom suite in a tropical garden with an infinity pool and waterfall. The Presidential Suite Villa includes a rooftop sundeck, a tropical garden with an infinity pool, a master bedroom with a king size bed, and a second bedroom with two queen size beds. Bathrooms have soaking tubs and rainfall showers.

NIZUC Resort & Spa features six restaurants. Ramona offers renovated Dom Pérignon wine cellar experiences for up to 12 guests. Cava Santo Tomas allows guests to sample wines from Bodegas Santo Tomás in the Guadalupe Valley, paired with a dinner by Chef Sylvain Desbois at Terra Nostra Restaurant. There is also a tequila tasting of four varieties paired with appetizers. Interactive culinary classes include sushi, tacos, Peruvian ceviche, Mexican salsas, paella, eclairs, and pizza. Ni is a contemporary Mexican cuisine restaurant. Café de la Playa offers a la carte breakfast. Indulge in seafood and grilled meats at the beachside restaurant with ocean views. The Executive Chef combines cuisine with new flavors at the restaurant. There is also in-suite dining and private dinners on the beach. Bar A-Kan offers cocktails and sunset views.

The fitness center provides wellness programs. The MedSpa offers TempSure skin tightening treatments. The TempSure Envi fades facial fine lines, while TempSure Firm softens skin. FlexSure therapy contours areas such as flanks, abdomen, hips, and thighs. Sculpsure uses diode laser technology to eliminate fat cells.
