uncleanliness issueoverworked staff
I found several issues . The cleanliness was a major concern. I noted uncleanliness in rooms and hallways. The service at the buffet lacked consistency, with staff appearing overworked. there weren't enough water fountains available, so the reliance on single-use plastic bottles bothered me.

The hotel provided multiple dining choices. I found the variety of restaurants good. The rooftop view was nice. The room had a comfy bed.
The beach shuttle was disorganized! It created some tension about getting a ride. This made relaxation difficult. The food lacked variety and was very repetitive.
