The quality of staff really makes it. everyone is so warm and. edgar sanchez at the front desk is a star! he is a kind person. he is always available to address needs. i loved the music by the pool, and the beach is expansive. A four-mile walk is possible along white sand.
i would only improve the lunch options as conventions can make it quite busy! though this was only a minor issue.

the hotel's location provides easy access to a very long, pristine beach, perfect for extended walks. the surrounding area is secure, with well-kept paths that encourage exploration. transportation options are readily available for visiting nearby attractions.

evening dining featured variety and service of an really good quality. the gym remains open 24 hours and has good equipment! there are multiple bars with places to have good conversations, and the coffee shop is excellent.

The staff is warm and kind. They provide excellent hydrotherapy! the spa bath facilities are beautiful. i observed attentive service at the pools and bars. prompt responses to requests.

Our travel agent suggested this place and the resort is beautiful. The customer service was really good and everyone was kind. We enjoyed our swim out room! Valeria and Martin in building 3 provided amazing service. They assisted us with dinner reservations and ensured our room was clean. They checked on us multiple times a day, this.

The gym is AMAZING and has modern equipment. The resort includes multiple bars for a relaxing atmosphere. There are multiple places to have nice conversations. The hotel provided an app for easy activity planning and dinner reservations.

Our room had many features and was super luxurious. The bed was comfortable! Rooms can go as low as 17°C, guests only need to ask the concierge to adjust settings. The rooms were very beautiful, but we spent little time inside.

The hotel HAS a calm environment with the adults only facility. There is plenty of space to walk in and around the resort! We walked miles along the white pristine beach, iT was perfect!
