the food at fuego stood out with its quality. olas pool servers ensured drinks were always available because of the all-inclusive package. enrique, the breakfast waiter, provided excellent service, and he was a gem.
the check-in process was disorganized, it created unnecessary delays and frustration. mosquito repellent was needed, the hotel only offered spray and no traps were available. our room had damage, specifically the table lamp was broken.

i stayed here and really liked the beachfront location. it was only steps from the main street. my palapa had ocean views that was beautiful. the staff was very nice and helpful.
i noticed a few mosquitos. i think natural bug repellent would help this problem.
