worn furniture rug holes
the location was convenient.
I found the rooms needed updates. The furniture and curtains looked worn. holes existed in the rug. this WAS quite disappointing.

efficient air conditioning separate toilet
the room was well soundproofed so street noise was minimal the air conditioning worked efficiently. the bathroom included a separate toilet area for added privacy it was unexpected.
the elevator wait times were occasionally long especially during peak hours.
