solid stay close to times square
subway station comfortable bed
The location was great. It was very close to a subway station. comfortable beds and a nice staff added to the experience. i would stay again!
I arrived at 2:15 pm. i could not check in until 3:45 pm because i asked them to put balloons and a happy birthday sign in the room. It took a while.

The hotel features a rooftop bar with fine views. elevators provide access to the upper floors. They do test your patience. luggage storage is available, very convenient .

deposit refund no response
the restaurant WAS really good.
the hotel charged ME a deposit, AND it has been four weeks. i still have NOT received MY refund. i emailed them BUT have received no response. this makes me hesitant TO return.

The rooftop view was excellent. The room was clean daily. I received a twenty-five dollar credit to use at the restaurant along with drink vouchers.
ELEVATORS were a bit slow.
