I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the staff was remarkably accommodating and made my experience unforgettable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was lovely to find complimentary drinks upon arrival. The location is superb, just a short walk to Times Square, which made getting around so easy. However, I did face some minor access issues at the rooftop bar, but the gorgeous views made it worth it.
