Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant thanks to its excellent location right near Times Square and friendly housekeeping. The rooms were clean but a bit small and showed signs of aging. I appreciated the strong shower pressure and the constant hot water, but the lack of communication regarding additional charges left me feeling frustrated. Still, I found the price fair considering the prime spot and the amenities provided.
