I appreciated the hotel's location. It was close to many attractions and activities. The rooms had nice features. A coffee maker kit was delivered quickly upon request. The restaurant has an open-air feel, however it includes clear overhead protection.
The bottled water at reception was not refrigerated.

i stayed on the 31st floor in a landmark city view room. the view was amazing!!! i looked forward to sunrise and sunset. the room was kept spotlessly clean daily, and the bed was very comfortable. the location is great for attractions, with a subway nearby.
i found that the lack of coffee-making equipment in the room was a bit of a drawback. while the $10 daily credit helped, having an in-room coffee maker would have been more convenient. this would enhance the stay significantly for those early mornings.
