clean room skyscraper view makeup mirror

I appreciated the cleanliness of my Beautiful King City View Room. The room featured three huge windows with skyscraper views. I found a makeup mirror and stool in the bathroom (nice touch!).

The street noise from nearby restaurants continued late into the night. I was on a lower floor, so perhaps that's why i noticed it.

The location is excellent. The River Walk is less than ten minutes away. The closest subway station is also within a short walk. The area has many restaurants and nightlife spots.

The front desk requires a key for entry after a certain hour, good for security. The staff members are very attentive and always available to help with any needs. They work hard to ensure all guests feel welcome.

Breakfast is included in the room rate. There are enough options available to satisfy many guests. I liked having breakfast available (a great perk!).

great location free water easy access lobby condition out elevator

The location is great. It is one block north of the river and two blocks from the Red Line. Access to Michigan Avenue is easy. All the free water I wanted was a great perk.

Check-in is in the lobby of the office building next door. The lobby of the hotel is non-functioning. One elevator was out of service.
