Uneven experience, some significant drawbacks
constant noise unhelpful staff
The noise level was disruptive. It is RIGHT next to a fire station. Sirens and horns blared constantly, even through the night. This made sleep difficult, especially on the third floor. THE front desk offered a dismissive, 'Sorry about the noise', which was insufficient.

loud siren poor customer service
the breakfast was acceptable, it had enough food even with the crowds.
this hotel is next door to a fire station so its very loud at all hours. i was woken up constantly by sirens. the customer service was bad during check in, it was a complete nightmare and the staff weren't helpful at all.

an okay stay but some problems
the location was walkable to most places i wanted to see and that was pretty good.
the fire station next door was way too loud all night long, it really did keep me awake and made it hard to relax and i didn't sleep very well.
