i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. i appreciated being able to take my dog to potty fairly easily. my room had the best view of the city and the river walk.
the water pressure and water temperature in the shower might be better. there were no sound proof walls and windows. THE dog was barking loudly during few nights from the other room.

i was charmed by the river view from the window seat in my premium king river view. the room included a water filter and had excellent water pressure, which i appreciated. i found the location excellent for exploring, with easy access to main sights and public transport.
i noticed the squeaking floor in the room with every step i took , unfortunately.

my room had spacious window beds offering views of the city , and the room was beautifully appointed. a basket held a yoga mat and weights , a thoughtful touch i did not expect. padded hangers were also provided.

the hotel is in a very safe area , close to public transport , and it is easy to walk to various sights. the river walk is just across the road , which provides nice walking options. i really liked the central location.

complimentary coffee and tea were available, which i found convenient. popcorn was also offered. the option to have a quick snack or beverage without leaving the hotel was pleasant.

the lobby features a fireplace , and it was good to sit by the fire after a chilly day. this created a cozy atmosphere , and it was a great spot for reading. it felt relaxing after a long day.
