the hotel is in a quiet area near underground stations it felt safe there the hotel was clean i found the shared facilities good the room size was decent breakfast staff were very friendly i had no issues. the staff were polite they were helpful i was impressed with their energy. the ac worked well the beds were comfortable it was a nice experience. the metro is near it is convenient to get around.
the window could not be opened without assistance this was a slight inconvenience.

the staff is super nice i found them helpful with directions and information i saw the staff using translators to assist guests there are staff who know phrases in multiple languages.

The staff assisted us promptly upon request. The room was nice and neat, which i did appreciate.
There were many students staying at the hotel, so finding a place to sit during breakfast was difficult. We had to request fruit and other items because they were not readily available (this was unexpected). We were also not informed at check-in that room cleaning was only done upon request, so we missed this service, assuming it was automatic.

The location offered easy access to transportation. I found a metro, bus stops, and a tram line very close. A lovely park sat just a short walk away (perfect for a morning stroll).
The breakfast room sometimes felt a bit overcrowded.
