i really liked how clean the hotel was. the metro station being right outside was a big plus for getting around. i appreciated that the room was serviced every day , ensuring fresh towels.
the room i stayed in felt a bit cold as the heating system didn't seem to work properly.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects

I noticed the air conditioning was not effective. The room remained quite warm, and this affected my sleep. The noise from outside was also noticeable, especially early in the morning, and this was disruptive. I expected a more climate-controlled environment and quieter conditions, I think some improvements are needed.

Convenient Location with Clean Rooms

I found the location excellent with a metro station right across the street allowing easy travel around the city. Numerous restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets are nearby providing ample dining options. The room was very very comfy and tidy. I also appreciated the modern design of the hotel. Baggage storage was available providing extra convenience for late flights.
I noticed the hotel lacked air conditioning, made the room slightly warm at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful giving directions and local information when I asked. I appreciated that some staff members spoke English well making communication easy. The check-in and check-out process was efficient.

The premises were very clean creating a pleasant environment. Transportation options are abundant including a subway station right across from the hotel. I found this very convenient for getting around. The hotel offered good value.

The hotel is right next to Porte de Clichy transport , made sightseeing very easy. Main attractions are accessible within 20-30 minutes by car depending on traffic. The metro station being in front of the hotel was very convenient.

the metro station was just outside. breakfast was included and convenient. the coffee machines made a pretty good cappuccino with hardly any fuss.
the rooms aren't soundproof, so i could hear other people's conversations. the heating pipes were terribly dusty. they even smelled like dust
