The hotel is located close to a metro line. Going to different places is convenient and easy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Staff at the restaurant were equally as fabulous. The bar staff were excellent.
The room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke. I tried to eliminate the scent with a candle without success. This was unfortunate since I paid a lot for the room.

The room was large and clean. It was set up for two adults. The soft drinks provided were only for two, with no complimentary snacks. Paper cups were available for use with the coffee machine.

The breakfast staff was cute and helpful. The hall porter was kind and helpful. He organized taxis. He also gave good advice when needed. I appreciated this. There was no menu for cooked eggs.

the reception team was friendly. they are cute and smile always. their warm hospitality made we felt at home. it is just a short walk from the arc de triomphe. the metro line and plenty of shops are near. cafes and restaurants surround the area too. it is convenient and enjoyable for exploring the city.
my room was tucked away in a dark corner. it had a bad odour. breakfast was very expensive. the breakfast room has a pleasant ambience.
