the staff is top notch. my husband did lose his wallet, and they were very helpful. it was retrieved from our uber driver, thankfully. location is the very best i think. very clean, very comfortable.
the rooms are old a bit. i do think they smell really bad, a little bit. there must be other alternatives nearby.

the location is perfect. you will find everything you could possibly need right outside. it is painfully charming, i think, and the windows blocked magical noise. what a treat!

the room was very dark. heavy drapery was everywhere, on windows and used as room dividers. i tried the breakfast buffet one morning, and i did not go back for more.
