The staff was always willing to assist with directions. i found a supermarket just around the corner. It was very convenient. my executive room had a king bed and a bath, i really appreciated that.
The hallway carpets were quite thick, and rolling luggage was a challenge. i noticed three steps in the hallways. A ramp would be more practical. the welcome on arrival wasn't as warm as i anticipated for a hotel of this level.
